The IAR Compiler is considered a low priority as of Linaro's meeting with Matteo and other ARM representatives on Dec 19, 2023; work on the compiler will resume after higher priorities have been completed.

I was trying to test the trial version of the IAR toolchain, however, it only provides the Windows version. nothing useful

I just confirmed with , regarding the TF-M supporting the IAR toolchain

  1. trusted-firmware-m has already supported the IAR toolchain

  2. what Open CI needs to do is

    1. License server

    2. pre-install the IAR toolchain on the docker image

    3. sightly modify the ci-script to include the IAR toolchain
