At least functionality is implemented, yes I agree to close this item.
For upstreaming, Heinrich will not accept until I implement menu scroll. Is it better to create upstreaming card on this item?

U-Boot has a boot menu for device selection which can replace the command line. If we can add options for managing EFI keys and enabling disabling secure boot, we can completely get rid of the u-boot cmd line, greatly enhancing platform security
