If that still doesn't work, please go to https://login.linaro.org and try and login there. If you can't and you have set up the password self-service reset question, simply follow the instructions given in the Step-by-step guide below.

If you can't log in at https://login.linaro.org and you haven't set up the password self-service reset question, we have an automated Service Desk request that will take care of issuing you with a new password BUT you can ask a colleague or someone at Linaro to raise the request on your behalf in order to have your password reset.

Note

To try to avoid abuse of the password reset automation, the following rules apply:

  • If you are a Member (i.e. you do NOT have a Linaro email address), you can ask someone else in your organisation to raise the request on your behalf.
  • If you do have a Linaro email address, you can log onto Service Desk with your personal email address (as recorded on Octopus HR) and raise the request for your Linaro account.
  • If you are a Linaro employee, you can raise the request for anyone outside Linaro.

, simply click on "Forgot password?", enter your email address and click on OK. You will receive an email with a link in it. Click on that link and you will be able to reset your password.

If you can log in to one of Linaro's services, but not others, it is likely to be a permissions issue, not a password issue. If that appears to be the case, please raise an IT Support ticket and we will work with you to resolve the problem you are having.
