Lab update

• New machines, new internal network, IB everywhere
• Amberwing, ThunderX2 machines fully operational
• D05 still not booting (PXE-E07)
  • may need separate network card for PXE boot
  • flash a different firmware on the NICs directly
• x86_64 machines still not operational (broken UEFI BIOS)
