No update on KV260 in UK lab due to lab personnel being overloaded

Finish KV260 LAVA prep and get live in LAVA lab
Submit OpenAMP CI jobs to LAVA lab (STM32MP157x-dk2 & KV260)

Build virtio-exp branches of openamp libs, zephyr, and kvmtool in ci-builds
