TF unit tests - AIA-42, AIA-40 now fixed

2.7rc0 uploaded to the test PyPi looks good. Looking how to publish the release notes - needs to be attached to the wheel as part of the meta data

Working on AIA-43 - found the problem, found the resolution there is a random input, discards 1 sample, when you get the next sample you have an issue.
