Can't login to the Wiki, JIRA or Confluence?
If you can't login to services such as JIRA and Confluence, please go to https://login.linaro.org and try and login there; if you can't, follow the steps below.
If you can log in to one of these services, but not others, it is likely to be a permissions issue, not a password issue.
You can reset your password yourself if you've set up a password self reset question. If you haven't done this, please raise an IT Support ticket and we will reset your password for you.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to https://login.linaro.org/lam/templates/selfService/selfServiceLogin.php?scope=user&name=default
- Click 'Forgot Password?'
- Enter your username and email address. Your username is usually firstname.lastname unless you had any special requests when your account was originally created.
- Click OK and then on the following page, enter the answer to your password self reset question, then enter a new password.
- If you can't remember what your password self reset question answer is, please raise an IT Support ticket.
