  • xen eventchannel: BSD code available to be included in RTOS. epam might have already done the work zephyr.

  • But this is not mmio/pci interface but a new one

  • Julien has a proposal to fix mmio slowness similarly to eventfd

  • Note ioreq needs to have higher privilege than the domUs that it serves
