CI arm64 machine seems stopped since 22/02/2022. Tests seem ok on latest version (28/03/2022).
Clone https://github.com/nodejs repository
Run
.\vcbuild openssl-no-asm arm64 |
This will generate .\Release\node.exe binary and all required libraries and tools
