Summary

The proposed Lead Project: HPC Compiler Bootstrap and Performance is not fully resourced to meet its original defined scope. Linaro HPC should proceed with the project at limited scope based on the current resources committed. Following a pragmatic approach, the scope and timeline can be reviewed monthly should further engineering resources become available.
