HPC SIG February Healthcheck
BUD20 updates
Linaro Connect in Budapest is cancelled as onsite event.
Virtual Sessions will take place instead - from BUD20 Connect schedule

Virtual Committee Meetings will take place during regular HPC SIG SC timeslot on March 17

OpenHPC
OpenHPC testing is underway for v2.0 release in end of this quarter
Main focus of v2.0 is available with new distro’s (RHEL8, CentOS8, SUSE Leap15)

Arm's new User Group will continue to go on as scheduled. Expecting most participation is from Europe for 1st User group. Paul will still attend and speak.
@Ben Woodard (Unlicensed) wants to discuss toolchain optimizations
Linaro has work in this area that needs to be opened up for visibility and discussion.
Elsie to check on open visibility of toolchain project in Jira and share with all HPC SIG. Possible have 1-off discussion.
Ben would like to check if any current work is known inside Red Hat and add any Linaro (toolchain) development to Red Hat's testing infrastructure. @Mike Holmes

@Ben Woodard (Unlicensed) wants us to use Jira more like industry uses it for Jira workflow.
for example: epics should be open and closed in 2 to 3 months time.
Can we crosslink jira's into other projects.
