Paul - TF/PyTorch

Paul - general availability of TF/PyTorch binaries on Snapshots.linaro.org
Alex - Test compiled TF in a VM and has been investigating SVE optimisations.
Andrew - Test compiled TF in a VM and ran. BrainHarmonics build tidied up and now new development taking place.
Lutz - TF compilation limitation with A64FX. Bazel needs to have a local memory contraint parameter set to be successful.
Nathan - working on new Docker images for Linaro's dockerhub. (including OneDNN).
OneDNN1.7 to include Arm ACL (include FP32). ACL is added as an External dependency. ACL v20.11 would be the preferred base. Arm needs a new CMAKE version to help integrate further.
Fujitsu PR to have JIT A64FX has been accepted.
TF upstream change means the new Master will build with OneDNN reference kernel.
Takis - installing TF both for x86 and Aarch64. And BigData integration with HPC
Tom - Clang11 being explored with TVM
Integrating BERT into the benchmarks to produce a dashboard view for comparison across ML Frameworks
