@Kangkang Shen: Chromebook is loading OP-TEE during runtime.

@Jon Masters: Google server side is not planning to do anything similar. Different use cases.

@Jon Masters: Asked Linaro to put together a blog post telling what we are doing and what we have done, specifically mentioning the CI/CD stuff we did.

• Linaro Ecosystem Dashboard (Leonardo)

  • In practice, this is dead.

  • Last update on August 2022.

  • Not discussed today.

• MySQL and MariaDB public meetings (Leonardo)

  • Various companies have been working in isolated form on MySQL and MariaDB to fix issues (mainly performance issues) they are seeing on Arm. There is little communication between this companies.

  • Leonardo will organize a public meeting where all parties can get together to discuss advancements on databases (focus on MySQL and MariaDB to begin with).

  • The meeting will happen in an APAC friendly time.

• CCA public meetings (Leonardo)

  • Who would be interested in having a recurrent, public meeting to discuss CCA development upstream? Huawei and Linaro are already contributing code upstream. Who else would like to get involved?

  • Any events where we could collaborate or where you think Linaro should do a demo or present?

      • @Jon Masters: probably not. The last time it wasn't well attended and gave a bad impression. We should, though, have sessions on servers.

      • Confidential Computing Consortium organized a Confidential Computing devroom.

    • OCP Regional Summit: April 19-20, 2023, Prague, Czech Republic

      • @Kangkang Shen: this one might be interesting. Kangkang was attending the Chiplet Summit this week and it had very interesting presentations. No software talk yet, but software will be needed to coordinate all the chiplets. @Jon Masters agree that OCP Regional Summit would be interesting to attend.

    • Data Center World: May 8-11, 2023, Austin, TX, USA

      • Seems to be more related to data center real state and (non-computing) hardware infrastrucutre based on list of sponsors.

    • Open Source Summit Europe / Linux Plumbers / KVM Forum: September 18-21, 2023, Bilbao, Spain

      • CCA technical discussions will probably happen here.
