  • Deploy CCA on Arm Platforms (DCAP)

    • Ongoing work:

      • Upstreaming RME support for SBSA in TF-A and EDK2.

      • Working on issues found in Kata Containers.

      • Enabling support for the new CCA token format in Veraison.

      • Integrate Veraison with CoCo in order to have a  CCA native verifier.

  • System Ready Compliant Platform Collaboration (SRCPC)

    • Completed:

      • Added tests for checking OS support.

    • Ongoing:

      • Pass BSA ACS checklist.

  • Performance Optimization (PO)

    • Everton resigned from Linaro. I will have a backfill position announced next week.

  • Big Data and Data Science (BDDS)

    • Completed

      • Various advancements for Bigtop Manager.

    • Ongoing

      • Bigtop Manager development. Initial release expected for 1Q 2025.

  • Enhanced Software-Defined-Storage on Arm Servers (STOR)

    • Completed:

      • Fixed FIO-rbd multi-rbd peformance issues.

      • Finished performance analysis of Ceph SPDK NVMe-oF gateway.

    • Ongoing

      • Working on performance fixes for Ceph SPDK NVMe-oF gateway.

      • New roadmap coming soon.

    • Andy Wafaa: Does Lustre server works on Arm? This might be important for AI workloads as parallel file systems provide some advantages for this kind of workload.

      • Yes!

    • Kevin: Parallel NFS (pNFS) is also getting traction in the community for AI workloads.

  • Open Confidential Computing Conference (OC3): 27 March, 2025, hybrid from Berlin, Germany

    • Thomas Fossati, from Linaro, is in the program committee.

    • We are working on a joint proposal with Arm for a presentation there, around our remote attestation work.

  • KubeCon Europe: 1-4 April, 2025, London, UK

    • Linaro submitted a presentation proposal around the work we are doing to support Kata Containers and Confidential Containers with CCA, including the remote attestation part.
