Failed to take notes for the beg of the meeting while presentation SCMI backend
epam smc and linaro scmi backend in VM don’t target exact same UCs
signaling between 2 guests
xen eventchannel: BSD code available to be included in RTOS. epam might have already done the work zephyr.
But this is not mmio/pci interface but a new one
Julien has a proposal to fix mmio slowness similarly to eventfd
Note ioreq needs to have higher privilege than the domUs that it serves
