Docker container debug continues - running valgrand appears to uncover a number of race conditions with data in the test case. Value that should be protected by mutex looks to be stomped on.

ASV benchmarks, all the Image recognition runs are in (about 50). Work around for accuracy number, doing so on the side and will integrate.
