Docker image TF build in container, run tests fail, build TF outside then run inside container passes, leading theory seems to be that it might be a toolchain issue within the docker container, runtime environment within the container looking to be ok. Perhaps gcc 9 vs gcc 10 issue.

Busy with training this week. Number of bugs exposed as code was integrated. Efficient net models improvement hopefully will make 2.11 as a result of Fujitsu input. Internal to Fujitsu there is a larger change in the works that will follow along.

(absent but via message) Managed to fix the ci on main and I'm running the most recent benchmark numbers. Looking into if this fix resolves the accuracy benchmarks after this job is completed
