CMake Updates

https://github.com/Kitware/CMake/releases/tag/v3.24.0-rc1

https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/PreferredToolArchitecture-not-working-fo/10015789

Niyas - Linaro maintaining Nighly CI but longer term plan is for CMake community to get their own machines and support WoA

@Anthony Roberts

MySQL and MSVC dependency

https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/C1001:-Internal-compiler-error-for-ARM64/10051583

@Alberto Semenzato is going to help to track the issue in Microsoft

@Zac Walker managed to use Visual Studio 17.3 Preview 3 - So hopefully next release should be good for Anthony

@Zac Walker

GCC

A good start with the Windows Arm64 PE patch.

Basic compilation is working but no support for linking and windows ABI.

More work is needed and working with Linaro

@marcus.perryman

Volterra machine

Anthony is making good use of Volterra machine for MySQL.

Marcus/Alberto - Volterra Security update might cause issues.

@Niyas Sait

node.js

Community started to engage. Linaro is committing to support node.js

@marcus.perryman

Unreal

Anthony - Arm has a team working closely with Epic

Raja - Previous experience working with Unreal. LLVM should be good for them to compile.

Perl

Blocked on GCC/MinGW - Parking the project and will pick it up once the MinGW and GCC support is available

PyTorch

Regression found on trunk. Some of the optional features are mandatory now. Everton is investigating.
