Open Broadcaster Software | OBS is a free and open source software for video recording and live streaming.

Build

OBS builds its own dependencies, in an automated way, using GitHub Actions. Currently, a major rewrite of build system is done, and will integrate Windows on Arm (see this message).

Blockers

Once compiled, OBS Studio for Windows on Arm will still lack hardware encoding support (see this message). We should check if Qualcomm can help on this, and if a SDK is accessible for this.
