https://obsproject.com/ is a free and open source software for video recording and live streaming.

Build

OBS builds its own dependencies, in an automated way, using GitHub Actions. Currently, a major rewrite of build system is done, and will integrate Windows on Arm (see this message).

Binary release

OBS Studio supports WoA as PDB from v31.1.0 release onwards. https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases/tag/31.1.0 (Native Arm64 installers are still pending but expected in 31.1.x).

Blockers

Once compiled, OBS Studio for Windows on Arm will still lack hardware encoding support (see this message). Qualcomm is working on this with the project developers, no ETA at this time.
