Outstanding issues

  • Not everyone has access to Slack channel Niyas created for us.

    • Arm staff will have to go back to Slack Admin for help.

  • Please update your Timezone and Location in your LInaro account settings.

  • @Przemyslaw Wirkus Close all finished stories and ping @julianus.larson to create new sprint. Old tasks will be moved automatically to new sprint.

Sprint layout

Sprint first week (Week Starting Oct 3rd 2022):

  • WindowsPerf open-source activities (Internal to Arm).

  • Goal of first part of the sprint is to familiarize everyone with tools and technologies we will use together: MSVC, WDK Kits, Kernel Driver.

  • @Przemyslaw Wirkus Update backlog with new tasks, update existing Epics Due Dates.

  • @Przemyslaw Wirkus Send email with detailed description of an Kernel Driver example. Goal is to setup development environment for WindowsPerf project.

Sprint second week (Week Starting Oct 10th 2022)

  • After Kernel Driver Example is working for everyone and project is open-sourced we can start working on WindowsPerf project. We will start with assigning some maintenance tasks to WPERF developers such as warning fixing, refactoring, code restructure.

Outstanding actions

@Niyas Sait (Deactivated) Check if Linaro has means to sign Windows Driver. This was pointed out by @Jiong Wang during sprint planning. Signing is required we if want to load driver to a machine without lifting certain safeties.
