  • Visa: Find out if you need a visa to travel to Portugal here and process any necessary paperwork.*
  • Accommodation: Please book your hotel room as soon as possible. We have a preferred rate at the Corinthia hotel that you can book here.

Accommodation

To book your hotel room at the Corinthia Lisbon you can use the Linaro group promotional link here. The preferred rate is available for the dates 12-17 May for a limited time upon availability - we recommend you book your room as soon as possible. We encourage you to take advantage of the current rates before they reach capacity.

In case of need to extend your stay, please contact booking department hotel by email to confirm to the pre and post-event’s available night.

Check-in can be made from 16:00 on the arrival day. Check-out must be made before 12:00 on the departure day.

Request a Business invitation letter if needed by registering to Linaro Connect 2025 and accessing your Kite Dashboard. Please email the events team at connect@linaro.org if you have any issues.

Getting to Corinthia Lisbon

To get from Lisbon Airport to the Corinthia Lisbon The hotel is located at Av. Columbano Bordalo Pinheiro 105, 1099-031 Lisboa, Portugal.

There are several transportation options available.

Transportation

To travel from Lisbon Airport (Humberto Delgado Airport) to Corinthia Lisbon Hotel, you have several convenient options. The hotel is about 7.5 km (4.6 miles) from the airport, and here are your travel choices:

Lisbon Public Transportation

1. Metro

  • Description: Four lines (Blue, Yellow, Green, Red) covering most of Lisbon.

  • Operating Hours: 6:30 AM to 1:00 AM.

  • Tickets:

    • Viva Viagem card (€0.50), single journey (€1.65), or 24-hour pass (€6.60, includes buses and trams).

2. Buses and Trams

  • Buses: Cover areas not accessible by Metro.

  • Trams: Iconic vintage trams (e.g., Tram 28) and modern trams.

  • Tickets: €3 onboard or €1.65 with Viva Viagem card.

Getting to the conference area

Once you arrive at Corinthia Lisbon, follow the signs for “Linaro Connect”. (We are the only event on site this week.) The Linaro Connect event map can be found on the Kite webpage

Registration / Picking up your badge

Registration will be open on Tuesday afternoon from 12:00 pm. The Event Registration desk is on the First floor on the Conference Floor and will be open until 5 pm every day. View here on the event map.

Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks

Breakfast is available for Corinthia Lisbon guest only from 6:00-9:45 am each morning in the hotel restaurant. 

Lunch is available for all Linaro Connect attendees from 12:45-1:45 pm each day on the ground floor “Lunch area”.

AM/ PM coffee breaks will be served on the Conference floor.
