• new failure for any machine that doesn’t have a GPU installed - test case excluded

• 2.9-rc0 build rolling away - likely released to PyPi tomorrow or so

• digging prefetch failure

Tend to build with ubuntu instead of manylinux 2014, going through the failing ones, -mtune -march set to generic - ends up with about ~20 failures using 2.9-rc0
