Support Android Automotive on AVA platform

Description

This Epic is an achor point for activities related to supporting Android Automotive on the AVA platform to replace openADK. The goal is to add a new TRS build variant that integrates Android Automotive on the AVA platform, keeping the original automotive BP solution consisting of TRS+EWAOL+openADK intact. Support for Android Automotive should be based on TRS without any dependency on the current meta-ewaol-machine yocto layer.
