Write instructions on how to setup and reproduce the solution

Description

For people to help with upstreaming and setup a proper CI loop, instructions on how to build and boot the solution have to be provided. Instructions should be using the repository setup as part of https://linaro.atlassian.net/browse/AUTO-249 and https://linaro.atlassian.net/browse/AUTO-250 . There were ideas about making this a confluence document but it may be easier (and quicker) to simply add a README.md under:

So far these two documentations are sufficient for reproducing the building. We don’t need extra steps. Close this ticket.
