Update kernel version to 6.8 in header constant tests

This patch updates the kernel version in the tests tst-mman-consts.py,
tst-mount-consts.py and tst-pidfd-consts.py to 6.8. (There are no new
constants covered by these tests in 6.8 that need any other header
changes.)

It is the way around: CI builder uses master kernel with might container newer definitions not present in glibc header (which only tracks released versions). I will close this, since this is expected behaviour for the glibc tests.

, is this due to our CI builder not running the latest kernel for which we install and use headers?
