The following makes -fwrapv explicit.

I've sent several patch proposals to improve the testsuite, but so far the maintainer didn't accept them.
This will be fixed as part of a more general testsuite cleanup.

Actually these are not regressions, but new failures, similar to other existing ones in the same area. They are related to the usual difficulties with the numerous arm’s require-effective-targets
