SR-IR ACS 2.0 for Synquacer in LAVA

Run the ACS SR-IR 2.0 in LAVA and publish the results in a webserver where we can pick them up for further analysis

Network works fine now. Turned out to be a timing issue with the DHCP server.

So I guess synquacer runs ACS just fine and uploads logs out to SQUAD.

Question now is: should we still enable it on a weekly basis even though we never change the firmware?

Synquacer seems to run ACS just fine, but now we're block on sending logs outside of the image: https://ledge.validation.linaro.org/scheduler/job/66097#L2464

Network seems not to be working there.
