Write the LEDGE EFI app and ESP to usbg-ms when running on an LAA

Right now the LEDGE-CI, downloads a firmware per board and efiboot.wic a raw image created by LEDGE that contains EFI apps for testing.
The firmware flashing needs to be per board.
The ESP flashing is also currently per board, but once all of our devices migrate on an LAA it doesn’t have to be. The LAA has a USB emulated mass storage we can use to write that image. Doing so would make our LAVA jobs even simpler to follow as the only board specific action is writing the firmware.
