fujitsu_testsuite#471c71be0: 82 regressions138 improvements

These are a group of errors that were detected when tests were added to compiler-test-suite.
After checking all the regressions, most of them were problems with the test programs and issues that are no longer reproducible.
There were also some translation errors related to the software pipeline, which will be investigated by Fujitsu members.
We plan to fix the test program issues in the future. This ticket will be closed for now.

On November 28th, we added approximately 15,000 C/Fortran tests to the Compiler-Test-Suite. It appears that some tests are failing due to precision errors or improper directory configuration.
We will take measures to temporarily exclude failed tests from the Compiler-Test-Suite.
