Unify QEMU platforms in TF-A

Description

Both qemu (virt) and qemu_sbsa (sbsa-ref) platforms in TF-A have separate configurations. Which leads to problems as features need to be enabled for each of them separately.

We need to unify those.

Patchset got reviews, changes were done, patches are merged.
