[Lustre] Setup Lustre master CI for openEuler 22.03

Apart from several crash/stuck tests and ~22 skipped tests，falied tests number in total is ～30, and for rhel8 is ~10.

Add jenkins build jobs of pdsh, iozone, Lustre, e2fsprogs, dbench, bonnie++ for openEuler 22.03 sp1.
