PCI native host controllers drivers maintainership

Description

PCI native host controller drivers in the Linux kernel are needed to managed native (DT) bootstrap. Maintainership is important because the host controller drivers can become fragmented and active review is needed to make sure the drivers are kept in sync and use kernel APIs appropriately.

at patch [22/23] that the controller is broken. An ultimate
disappointment and waste of review time but that comes with
the territory.
