All logged in users can view public resources plus any private resources that permissions allow them to view. They can comment on or vote on any resources they can view.

Contributors can always view their own contributions, regardless of the permissions if private.

Administrators can always view their company’s contributions, regardless of the permissions if private.

Actions

For each of the actions listed below, the table indicates whether you must be a contributor or an admin in order to perform that action. If it indicates contributor then that includes admins for that Company. Depending on the Company configuration, all members can be treated as contributors.
