          • The Linaro Data Center Group primary goal is to advance the Arm server technology.
          • Main challenges, how to address them, and projects we are focusing on:
            • Make sure may data is secure always and everywhere.
              • Confidential computing and secure virtual machines.
                • Confidential Compute Architecture (CCA) and Realm Management Extension (RME) support in the kernel and in emulated environments.

        • Various companies have been working in isolated form on MySQL and MariaDB to fix issues (mainly performance issues) they are seeing on Arm. There is little communication between this companies.
