After Kernel Driver Example is working for everyone and project is open-sourced we can start working on WindowsPerf project. We will start with assigning some maintenance tasks to WPERF developers such as warning fixing, refactoring, code restructure.

Niyas Sait (Deactivated) Check if Linaro has means to sign Windows Driver. This was pointed out by Jiong Wang during sprint planning. Signing is required we if want to load driver to a machine without lifting certain safeties.
