Please, refer to Linaro's public pages for a description of Linaro's efforts around HPC.
These are the engineering pages, which are used by developers to document and discuss internal development process, status and roadmaps.
Roadmap
Our team is working on a number of initiatives surrounding HPC: ecosystem (OpenHPC), validation (SVE emulation), toolchains (LLVM and GCC) and workloads (libraries, benchmarks).
The progress can be followed by accessing our Jira Kanban pages:
- HPC-SIG Project Board: An overview of initiatives and epics
- HPC-SIG Development Board: The engineering work on stories and sub-tasks
Our goals in the HPC-SIG are:
- Bootstrap the ARM ecosystem in large cluster deployments
- Monitor and improve the quality of tools (compilers, emulators)
- Help migrate programs, libraries and benchmarks to the ARM+SVE architecture
