Accommodation
To book your hotel room at the Meliá Avenida América you can use the Linaro group promotional link here. There is only a limited amount of room at the Linaro preferred rate which is valid until April 10th. After this date, the prices will increase. We encourage you to take advantage of the current rates before the deadline.
In case of need to extend your stay, please contact booking department hotel by email to confirm to the pre and post-event’s available night.

Getting to Melià Avenida América
To get from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport to Meliá Avenida América in Madrid. The hotel is located at Calle Juan Ignacio Luca de Tena, 36, 28027 Madrid, Spain.

Check-in can be made from 14:00 on the arrival day. Check-out must be made before 12:00 on the departure day.

Getting to the conference area
Once you arrive at Meliá Avenida América, follow the signs for “Linaro Connect”. (We are the only event on site this week.) The Linaro Connect event map can be found on the Sched App linaroconnect2023.sched.com.
Registration / Picking up your badge
Registration will be open on Monday afternoon from 4-5:30 pm and on Tuesday morning beginning at 7:30 am. The Event Reception is in the Conference Center and will be open until 5 pm every day. View here on the event map.
Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks
Breakfast is available for Meliá Avenida América attendees only from 7:00-8:30 am each morning in the hotel restaurant.
Lunch is available for all Linaro Connect attendees from 12:45-1:45 pm each day in Toledo I + II + III “Lunch area”.
AM coffee breaks will be available in Zaragoza I + II
PM coffee breaks will be available in Zamora

Key signing party
There will be two dedicated slots for Key Signing Party on Wednesday and Thursday at 4:00 pm - 4:15 pm in the Hacking room. Don’t forget to bring your public GPG keys along at Linaro Connect. More details here.
Demo Showcase
This year, we won’t have a “Demo Friday” but a few demos will be showcased in the Hacking room on Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 4 pm. For more details check the schedule.

Near the hotel
The Meliá Avenida América is located in the Ciudad Lineal neighborhood in Madrid, which is a bit northeast of the city center. While the hotel itself offers a luxurious stay, here are some nearby attractions and activities you might consider, from a leisurely stroll or bike ride through the Juan Carlos I Park, to exploring the shops and restaurants of Arturo Soria Plaza, the nearby entertainment centre, or attending events at the nearby IFEMA la Feria de Madrid convention centre.
