ftp for firmware upgrades

There is an ftp server in walter (172.27.80.1) that can be used to upgrade the firmware of D05/D03s. 

We have added a user with upload rights: firmware-upload / linaro

To upload files connect to the ftp server, login with the firmware-upload user and then create a folder for the version of the firmware you are uploading (153, 160, etc). This number comes from our builds, e.g.: https://builds.96boards.org/snapshots/reference-platform/components/uefi/153/debug/d05/

Then upload files to that folder and give read rights for them (they will be downloaded anomymously):

ftp> send file

ftp> chmod 755 file
