Resources are the fundamental entity within the Hub. A resource can have:
One video
One or more presentations (maximum of ten)
When submitted, videos are processed to support multiple quality/bandwidth settings and then transcribed to create subtitles.

Due to a fixed limit in the service used to create subtitles, subtitles will only be created if the duration of a submitted video is less than 4 hours. A warning will be displayed as a reminder if appropriate. |
At the moment, the subtitles are created for the spoken languages used. In the future, the audio will be translated into all of the Hub-supported languages and subtitles created accordingly.
