Resources

Resources are the fundamental entity within the Hub. There are currently two types of resource:

1. Video & presentation

2. Playlist

A video & presentation resource can consist of zero or one videos and zero or more presentations, up to a maximum of ten. There must be at least one video or presentation.

A playlist resource consists of one or more video & presentation resources. It is not possible to have a playlist within another playlist.

Resources can be public - visible to anyone including anonymous users - or private - visible only to those signed-in users that meet the permissions criteria for a given resource. Playlists contain either all public resources, or all private resources where those resources all have the same permission requirements.

All resources can have tags configured for them. Tags can be associated with themes, in which case those themes will also be displayed on the resource page.
