For Review

#117

LT: zip files don’t retain permissions. Don’t think it’s a pack files issue.

JK: How do we manage this? There was a suggestion that cpackget should go through and set execution permissions for all shell scripts.

MD: If we explicitly say we need to use ‘sh <script>’ then you don’t need execute permissions.

#194

FR: Think we misused the Cvariant (see comment in issue)

#637

JK: Agree to EF first statement but feel the generator filtering is a bit complicated.

#659

FR: In csolution we can specify the packs. If we forget a dependency, csolution does not complain. It could either be a cpackget issue to make sure it’s installed, or it could be a csolution issue if the csolution pack list overrides.

#493

#481

EF: PR 673

DB: I am currently reviewing it and will provide feedback soon.

Is there any experience with these tools?
