Resources are the fundamental block within the Hub. A resource can have:
One video
One or more presentations
When submitted, videos are processed support multiple sizes and then transcribed to create subtitles.
At the moment, the subtitles are created only for the specified language, which is currently restricted to English or Chinese. In the future, the audio will be translated into all of the Hub-supported languages and subtitles created accordingly.
