Now that naming is clear Linaro Ecosystem Dashboard. or

Linaro Ecosystem Landscape. - Decision is Linaro Ecosystem Dashboard (for Arm Systems). – URL will need to be updated as well

META-46 needs to be updated - Tom to do so - Reviewed that the project is open
