Ebba: which fields are compulsory in the submission fields?

Tom: PoC for the information field so implies ownership to update?

Tom: Perhaps a field to point at the project roadmap, next release plans

Joyce: non-member contributions - would they be accepted? Yes

Discussion followed focused on how to gain contributions

The Linaro highlights were suggested as one avenue, Joyce advocated we should advertise via another mechanisms.

Anmar suggested that perhaps Linux distributions should be contacted to have them push some of their info.

Tom raised that thought that as motivation, perhaps links back to binary builds of the packages in question could be available. Andy observed that we need to be fair to the various distros
