Helping Theo with the TF unit tests getting those running - connect week - todo pass on information about other test cases that are failing - sparse_matmul_op is another

2.6.0 and master unit tests now running - card opened on the numerical failures - tanh, sigmoid, have slight inaccuracies

Catching up from holidays - looking at potential improvements to PacketMath. will help look at tests failing since they likely involve Eigen

Review SVE patches in TVM - clang -12 not excited about the TVM RFC, a bit too hacking by the looks of it, picked up the latest ACL mixed with clang 12.0.1 and testing on the FX700, ACL micro benchmarks don’t seem to be improved as compared to normal LLVM device. Need to debug fully however to make sure things are properly configured and the correct flags are on
