  • TF self_adjoint_eig_op_test PR was approved

  • Unit test work to resolve bazel failure with MKL_AARCH64, needs to be tidied up, some failures seen and some skipped presumably due to build breakage

  • Concerned about TensorFlow not having in house testing of AARCH64. Also in house seems to use a different workflow for commits that is opaque to the community. This all leads to build breakages that can take a long time to resolve.

 

 

Andrew

  • Trying to fix nightly build that upstream broke by a commit that now pulls in CUDA includes into non-CUDA builds.

  • TF 2.8.0-RC1 released so that will be built and uploaded to PyPi shortly

  • Pulling together the work needed to re-enable the FMA instructions. Theo’s PR was accepted. I have another PR in for another test. There may be a couple more tests that have broken in the meantime but investigation of this is hampered by the build breakage.
