| Andrew | Tensorflow io and Tensorflow-gcs etc are now in PyPi for aarch64 Bazel and Docker image still having issues - believe it’s a Bazel bug - works outside the Docker image Building up a centos-7 vm image to enable a comparitive debug between Docker/non Docker - some discussion about perhaps Docker isn’t representing the environment correctly and thus Bazel is getting it wrong - Podman as an alt was discussed D05 is in LAVA - ready for Theo |

| Everton | OpenBLAS - created some git bi-sect magic, but couldn’t identify regressions to changes, had to introduce compiler changes into the mix as well. N1 and Fx700 working, getting N1 working. |
