TF night debug continues - libprotobuf.so is the cause, work around is to not install the so in the env, which causes it to install the python only version

would the same issue show up outside the docker container?

Working on the mixture of Mali offload, containers and inference.

Side discussion about the vision and reason for working in this space. Matthew passed on that the architecture really needs to have the driver outside the container and the user space which communicates with the driver needs to be reasonably hardware agnostic.
