    • CI is stable, but tests are taking too long to execute.

    • Initially, maintainers suspected that this was a problem only with Arm builds.

    • Kevin proposal to increase the timeout value was rejected. Maintainers are investigating why the execution time is so longer on Arm.

    • Finally, it was found that there is an overall regression in how long the test takes on the main development branch. End-to-end test on release-3.5 takes 15 minutes, while it is taking 40 minutes in main, regardless of the underlying processor architecture. Community continues the investigation on what is going on.

  • Tensorflow

    • Internal changes in the build process: new docker container.
