LEG Representatives,

Linaro Enterprise Group proposes that the OpenBMC proposal is approved as a formal project. Proposal document attached.To provide a sample implementation to the Arm Server Base Manageability Guide standard. Form a firm basis for Arm servers on OpenBMC, and a voice for the Arm architecture, providing feature parity with legacy architectures.

Vote 'yes' to agree, 'no' to disagree or 'abstain' to abstain. Missing votes will be treated as abstentions.  Voting closes on Friday, 16th March 2018 (midnight UK GMT).
